Our services operate on a monthly subscription basis, with access to creative deliverables, support, and project management based on your chosen plan.

You can:

• Pause your subscription at any time (great for seasonal breaks or project gaps)

• Cancel your subscription if you no longer wish to continue

• Resume a paused or canceled plan, subject to availability and pricing at that time

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of creative services and digital content:

• We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time once a billing cycle has started.

• If you pause your subscription, no new charges will occur until you resume.

• If you cancel, your current plan will remain active until the end of your billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for early cancellation.

We strongly encourage clients to pause rather than cancel if they may return, to preserve their current plan pricing.

3. Pricing Upon Reactivation

If you cancel and choose to restart your subscription at a later time, please note:

• Your original rate is not guaranteed.

• You may be subject to the current pricing at the time of reactivation, which could be higher than your previous rate.

• We recommend pausing instead of canceling if you want to keep your rate locked in.

4. Billing Issues or Concerns

If you believe you were charged in error or have questions about your plan or billing, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
